Across the past 10+ years I’ve launched several of my own businesses, including Barefaced Studios, an all-female branding collective. I’ve turned under performing companies into market-leading, award-winning businesses. I’ve been published in the likes of Aesthetica, Music Week and Vice magazine. And I spearheaded a world’s first social media campaign (DADI award nominated) and the creation of an iTunes chart topping mobile App *takes a bow*.

Some of the big shiny brands I’ve worked with include: The MOBO Awards, Wilderness Festival, Adidas, Marley Beverage Company, Comic Relief and Women in Journalism.

Running a business is tough. But it’s an especially uneven playing field for women. You know it, we know it and the stats back it up. I’ve been there myself! So it’s about time we evened it out.

I’m passionate about three things (other than tacos and wine):

• Supporting women in moving away from careers that are draining them by sharing the knowledge, skills, structures and mindset that will allow them to successfully build their own brands.
• Giving women who are experiencing stagnation in their businesses the tools to get unstuck, re-motivated and reconnected with their brands so they can start reaping the rewards.
• Helping female founders feel less alone – running a business can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be.
